What types of stamps do you sell?

We supply:

Self-inking stamps, rubber stamps with build in ink pads.

Wooden block stamps with stamps pads.

Text stamps, dater stamps, Commissioner of Oaths stamps, doctor stamps, event stamps, clothing stamps, company stamps, logo stamps and more.

Can I choose different ink colours?

Yes, we stock black, red, blue, green and purple as standard colours, at no extra cost.

Take note we only supply stamps with one colour base, NO multi colour stamps.

Do you charge extra for different ink colours?

No, not on your standard colours, black, red, blue, green and purple.

Yes, for premium ink colours like bordeaux, yellow, mint, brown, orange, pink, turquoise. These colours you must buy per bottle.

How long do the stamp last?

With normal use, a self-inking stamp last for thousands of impressions. Ink pads can easily be replaced or re-inked.

How do I place an order?

Simply select your stamp type, customize it with your text or logo, and add it to your cart. Checkout is quick and secure through our online store.

Can I upload my own design or logo?

Yes, You can can upload your design, logo or signature when ordering. Please keep with the maximum characters allowed. We'll make sure it is adjusted for the best stamp quality.

Can I request a proof before production?

Absolutely - We provide a digital pdf proof on all custom stamps for you to approve or make changes before we start with production. And Yes it's totally FREE.

Can I come to your shop to order?

We are an online store only, so you need to order online or via email. However sometimes a design is tricky and complex, then you are most welcome to make an apointment to come and see us.

Do you offer same-day service?

No, we ship orders between 2-3 workings after order is received.

Are your Commissioner of Oaths stamp compliant?

Yes, our stamps meet South African legal requirements for Commissioner of Oaths.

Can you make custom Doctor or Professional stamps?

Yes - we create professional stamps for doctors, lawyers, auditors, accountants, and other professionals with the correct details.

How long does it take to manufacture a stamp?

Manufacturing takes between 2-3 working days. Delivery time depends on your location.

 

Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes, we deliver to all major cities and towns in South Africa via the Courier Guy.

How long does delivery take?

Standard production takes 2-3 working days.

Courier delivery usally takes 2-5 working days, depending on your location.

Can I collect my stamp in person?

Yes, if you're close to Kelso, KZN, you're welcome to collect directly from us, once you receive confirmation that your order is ready.

Do you offer Free shipment?

YES, Free shipping on all order to the closes PUDO locker to you. Home/Office delivery as an upgrade for R95.00

What payment methods do you accept?

We are integraded with Payfast, South Africa's biggest and most secure payment gateway, which accept credit/debit cards, direct bank transfer, apple pay, Capitc pay, Snap scan and many more.

You can also pay via normal EFT direct into our bank account.( Our preferred method)

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Unfortunately, we don't offer COD. All orders must be paid online or via EFT before processing.

What if I made a mistake in my order details?

Please contact us immediately. If your stamp hasn't been made yet, we can update your details.

Do you offer re-inking or replacement pads?

Yes, we supply replacements ink pads and re-inking bottles for all our stamps.
